HCF Diet is a professional meal planning, food, and activity logging tool available exclusively through authorized Hardcore Fitness nutrition counselors. To access HCF Diet, simply log in using the credentials provided by your counselor when setting up your web-based cloud account. Your personalized meal plan, grocery list, daily caloric goal, and weight control target are tailored by the counselor on your cloud account and seamlessly synced with the HCF Diet app. These nutritional and weight management objectives encompass your daily caloric allowance, target weight, BMI, macronutrient ratios, and other significant elements contributing to improved overall health, dietary habits, and weight management.
Functionality: Upon logging into the HCF Diet app, users can access their recommended daily meal plan, grocery list, log food intake and physical activities to monitor daily calorie consumption or expenditure, and compare these metrics with counselor-established targets. The HCF Diet's cloud account further facilitates online logging through a web-based portal. Whether logging from your mobile device or the cloud account, all data is seamlessly synchronized. Nutrition counselors can then access and monitor this logged information for more effective coaching and adherence to your customized plan.
Elevate your objectives with Apple Health integration! By incorporating step and calorie tracking via Apple Health, users can now maintain real-time activity synchronization to uphold daily progress. To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, users need to log in to their profile, navigate to Settings, and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync.”
